We start with quality beef, chicken, pork, fish & seafood to ensure that you, our customers have a great product to share with friends & family. I have devoted many years to perfecting my recipes & smoking methods so that the flavors will start a conversation among your dinner table. From our top-selling trout fillets to our tender halal brisket, each small batch smoke is a labour of love & devotion to the craft. Located at the bustling St. Jacobs Farmer’s Market, our smoked meat store is a must-visit for enthusiasts. We are open every Thursday and Saturday year round and also on Tuesday during the summer months, we offer a variety of smoked meats that will leave you craving more.
